2026 Indiana Regional Assembly

The 2026 Indiana Regional Assembly will convene on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET at Geist Christian Church, Promise Road Campus, located at 12756 Promise Road, Fishers, IN 46038.

This year’s theme, “Building Together in Love” invites us into a day of shared vision, spiritual renewal, and collective purpose. We are honored to welcome Rev. Dr. Traci Blackmon as our keynote speaker and Rev. Dr. José Francisco Morales as our Keynote Bible Scholar. Their voices and leadership will help guide our time of worship, learning, and connection.

This Regional Assembly is our invitation to gather, to listen, and to build something deeper. Guided by the theme “Building Together in Love”, inspired by Ephesians 4:16, we come as the Indiana Region – diverse in gifts, united in calling.

AUGUST 2026 FOOD PANTRY NEEDS

The LWCC Food Pantry is deeply grateful for the ongoing support and generosity of our church family. Thanks to you, we’re able to provide healthy food to hundreds of neighbors in need each week.

August Donation Needs: cereal, peanut butter, jelly, pasta sauce, canned green beans & canned corn

Donation Drop-Off Times:

Sunday mornings
Mondays: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Garage Door Drop-Off)

Monetary donations are also welcomed and appreciated.

Together, we’re making a real difference; one meal, one neighbor, one act of kindness at a time. Thank you for continuing to serve with love!

Back to School Blessing

As we prepare for a new school year, we invite our church family to join us in covering our students in prayer.

We're looking for adult prayer volunteers who are willing to commit to praying for one student each day throughout the 2026–2027 school year. If you would like to serve as a prayer volunteer, please sign up below.

Students from Pre-K through college are also invited to register to receive a dedicated prayer volunteer, please sign up below.

In the coming weeks, each prayer volunteer will receive an email with the first name and grade of the student they have been assigned to pray for. This information will be shared in confidence and should be kept private.

Thank you for helping us encourage, support, and uplift our students through the power of prayer as they begin a new school year!

SUMMER BOOK STUDY

As a part of LWCC's Summer of Renewal & Revival starting in July, we will come together for a church-wide study of Before Amen by Max Lucado, exploring the power and simplicity of prayer. The book study will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. for eight weeks. The Light Squad and Twentysomethings will also participate on their Tuesday Bible Study night, uniting the entire church family in a shared journey of faith.

We will meet on the following Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm: July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29; August 5, 12, and 19

Before Amen will be available for purchase after Sunday Worship services in the Narthex for $10. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card.

Grief Share

Grief has no time limit, but we don't have to endure it alone. Grief Share is a faith-based grief support ministry where individuals can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one. Grief Share will meet in person at Light of the World on Mondays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm from July 13 – October 12, 2026. Please note that there will not be a session on Labor Day.
